hola mi problema es el siguiente: cuando enciendo mi pc me aparece la pantalla de inicio de windows pero se reinicia automáticamente dedes que mi hijo le dio "aceptar " a un cartel que apareció sin siquiera leerlo desde allí mi problema. probé restaurar el sistema desde el modo seguro pero nada tengo que entrar en modo seguro pero no puedo navegar ni tampoco utilizar la impresora tego xp pro y mi mother es biostar k8m800m7a

Bueno, el tema es que cuando corres en modo a prueba de fallos estás ejecutando Windows en 16 bits, no 32, tons como todos los virus y esas cosas están programadas en 32 bits, el sistema simplemente no las interpreta. Por esa razón es que es a prueba de fallos, je.
La cosa es que evidentemente tenés algo de 32 bits que te está cagando el sistema.
¿Qué Windows tenés?
Yo te recomendaría que en 16 bits hagas un back up de lo más importante y te pegues una reinstalada. Con Windows, nunca es un mal día para reinstalar, je.
Si no, ps, booteá con el CD de Win y tratá de "Reparar una instalación previa". Igual hacete un back up antes (Y).
